If vision is imperfect at one distance it can be imperfect at all. Improving at one distance helps improve all distances.
Maybe some far practice will also help the close. Do some of the switching I am teaching Mr. Spagetti. Going to upload a good video on this page tomorrow; http://naturaleyesightimprovement-batesm...tml#pid139
Smudged is no problem; just shift on the smudges. Shift part to part on the blur. Imagine a clear black letter with eyes open. Close the eyes and imagine it, imagine shifting on it. Open and check for improvement. If you get a clear flash; don't try to hold it. Shift on the blur if it blurs. Shift on the letters if they flash clear. Close the eyes and repeat.
See this page for more help; Go to the bottom for Dr. Emery's pages; http://naturaleyesightimprovement-batesm...ead-9.html
See Emily's directions; http://cleareyesight-batesmethod.info/id25.html
Must be no effort applied. If clarity does not come quick or remain; it will sooner or later. It will.
Thank you, thank you! If gratitude were the only means to heal my eyes, I'd have right now a better-than-20/20 vision!
I am very motivated by your words (Mary and Andrew) and motivation was really what I was seeking in order to continue learning and practicing. I "see" (speaking about seeing!) that I will have a full educational weekend! I have now lots to read, videos to watch, and I will use all the minutes I can to shift, move, relax, etc.
More news next week!
Much love and blessings to you all!
