Forgot to tell ya; If one eye has less clear vision;
practice extra time with that eye reading the fine print, shifting on a stone, flower...

This way;
Both eyes together.
Then one eye at a time. Clearest eye first.
Then less clear eye, little extra time with this eye, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Then couple seconds again with clearer eye (to keep a balance).
End with both eyes together again.

5-10 minutes is about right.

Look from the print to the far, then back to the print.
