Stay away from all meat.

For years I was a vegetarian but did not have the money, time to study-buy the extra food, nutrients that we need to stay healthy, the things in meat that are good for you; B-12.., protein and others.
A vegetarian diet is great but you have to do it right. I am still not an expert. In the past 14 years I went back to meat occasionally; No red meat, no ham. Just turkey, fish for nerve strengthening, relaxation.

I am now seeking alternatives. It has always bothered me, I feel cruel eating meat; from a kindness, spiritual aspect.
Paul and Linda McCartney stopped eating meat when one day they were eating it and looked out their window to see sheep, animals grazing. They could no longer kill these sweet creatures.

My cable man in So. San Francisco is Chinese. I was telling him I started eating meat for the first time in many years and got the flu, a cold for first time in years. He said the same thing happened to his dad. His dad is a Buddhist and never ate meat and was rarely sick. He tried meat one day and soon became sick. He went back to his vegetarian diet and no longer gets sick.

Update; The ASPCA and other corrupt animal shelters have blocked this video in the USA. It tells the truth about how these shelters kill most of the animals, euphonize them, then sell the bodies to the pet food industry. This drug gets in the pet food and farm animals; cow, pigs, chicken... feed, then that gets into our food! The public and our pets are eating murdered dogs, cats... with that drug in the food.

Tornado warning for Worcester;

Are we going to get one or is it going to be just another boring night in this city? 70 MPH in Philly.

At least I can see that delicious Dennis Leary on Facebook, peek at his new Rock Star show!

Few years ago tornado blasted through Springfield.
Another 10 blocks away on Shrewsbury street I think 2 yr. ago.

Before these; residents many areas along Rt 9 saw large areas of woods-trees broken down flat. Something definitely strong went through.

Update; We did have a tornado but not in my city, was in a town in my state.

I felt that strange almost lightweight 'could easily be lifted up in the air' feeling like did 2 years ago when the tornado was a few blocks away. The strangest feeling; its something you never felt before, its fun-interesting but has a instinctual feeling of danger-fear in it. This time I felt that feeling maybe about 5% the strength of the one 2 years ago. I wondered if it was a tornado near by but then was not sure.
Clouds were so strange this time; holes in shape of squares, ovals in front clouds that made like a window to the clouds behind them and the sun was shining on the sides of the front cloud and on the cloud behind; like a doorway to heaven. Then later the sky turned orange-pink like. I saw one big cloud that had a darker tail like a tornado but we never got one here.
