Glasses; reduce them

Greetings,

Been reading up on natural route to 20-20.
Improvement with 3 month application.

I need help working with my optometrist for new glasses. She will not give low strength for myopia.
I can no longer see using the old glasses but see to 50 or 40 line without which is better than before stared the exercises.
