Won an auction on Ebay today. A E Eyechart from Dr. Bates, his wife, Clinic Assistant Emily A. Bates. Seller was from New jersey!
When I get it all cleaned up... will reproduce and post free on the website. Probably here for download. Got a few other things on the way. Still moving so might take some time. Body is broken lately so slower. Here is the chart... I promised. See attachments below. I am still perfecting it all but for now; you got the pictures scanned and put in PDF. Lot free tools in pdf to see how I did this; use the edit object tool. I used Photoshop to improve the white color of the letters, the black. Still moving, no room to type... so no time to rename all the files nicer for online. Will place final detailed pictures, PDF when all done.
