Well, I am working with the circles, tracing them all directions, and shifting from point to point, and I am also using the Tibetan Wheel - both are good for removing astigmatism, right? The Tibetan Wheel - I have a question: how long and how close to the eyes should it be? I have put the paper about 3 to 4 inches from my eyes, very in the center (the dot in center of the Wheel is in the direction of my nose, 3 inches away). And I shifted my vision all directions, slowly, tracing the lines and shifting on the circles and spikes, it took me about... I would say... 10 minutes. Would that be right?

I noticed, too, that I've been less cross-eyed for the last few days. I think the shifting is being REALLY beneficial!
