Central fixation with Shifting; shift on the blurry parts; breath, blink... smile! I am doing it, a few minutes every day. I have diminished in 90% the use of reading glasses for the last 3 days! :-D

However, when I am knitting without glasses I need to be outside, in natural light. Still, I cannot be for more than 10 minutes because I feel a strain in the upper part of my eyes (below the top part of the eye lids), so I stop, palm, realx and go go something else.

At this pace I will take forever to finish my knitting project! ehehe
