- and she mentions, among other things, "Magic Nose Pencil for increased saccadic movement". I went further and found this saccadic movement exercise on You Tube:

I tried it as demonstrated on the video and when my head is turned to one side and I turn the eyes to see the finger on the opposite side, I fist see double (with both eyes, in both directions). The double image only disappears when I turn the head too, to that direction.

Is the double image in that exercise normal even to those who have clear vision? Is that ok to practice this Magic Pen (or finger) saccadic movement to remove astigmatism? Would you suggest any other way to do that?
