Great!

If the close vision is unclear; it can appear that way. Astigmatism can also do it. Different changes occur in the appearance as the muscles relax and sometimes not relax all at the same time in the beginning of the practice.

But sometimes we can see auras. They don't block the vision; you can see through them, as far as my experience goes.

Yeah; shift on the fuzzy area too. Blink.
You can vary the pens distance. See where it just barely starts to be less clear as it is moved closer. Practice there. Then move closer, closer... Put a ring or small piece of jewelry on the pen if you like.

Print it. Cut the sections.

Shift on a E. Close the eyes and rest. Open; see if it flashes clear. Close rest. Repeat. Go back and forth on the 3 E's.

Practice with both eyes. Then one eye at a time. If one eye's vision is less clear; practice extra 20 seconds with it. Then end with both eyes again.

When flashes last longer; read something you like.

You are getting the eyes and the LENS and its muscle to move. Breaking up stiffness.

When doing this; If the neck, head feels tight, bit of headache; its a good sign; means you found the tight areas that are preventing full convergence, full accommodation and overall movement, relaxation.
Shift at that tight distance for 5-10 seconds as is comfortable. See if it releases, even a bit is good.

Then close eyes, relax. Open.

You can practice at less tight distances and gradually move closer as you get used to it. Do some practice at the full tight distance; nice and easy. Don't force into it. Blink.

The 3 pop up sections must stay between the left and right eyes for use of this card. No secret switching stuff as in some of my videos. Secret Switching is only for close or middle to far. Not for all objects at very close reading distances.

Keep the 3 pop ups between the eyes.
