RE: Keratoconus and Astigmatism
HAllo again M. Oliver,
No . I am a woman. I have Keratoconus to my right eye (Vision 10%) and astigmatism (vision 70%) to my left one which is getting worse although I am not wearing glasses or contact lenses at all.I have a lot of stress and I believe this affects my eye condition a lot. May be you are right . I am trying a lot to do the exercises and I do not feel relaxed. As far as the neck is concerned ,yes I do have a tension to the sides of the neck and I do neck exercises.up down, right, left, clockwise, counterclockwise.I should not do that?Anyway I will try to follow your instructions exactly. Thanks again foryour help M.Oliver. Iro Soory to bother you again. I have not understood very well what to do when something is blurry.for ex. reading fine print.we shift to another part on it and blink or we shift to another part far away from us ex. a chair and then we go back to the fine print again? In general if something is blur we shift to something else and then come back to it again? When we switch close and far we do it with the same object? I mean we bring a small box for ex. very close ,shift on it, and then we move it far - shift again and then bring it close shift on it etc? |
