RE: Keratoconus and Astigmatism
Mrs Mary Oliver,
I have read your instructions carefully as well as the book of T.Quackenbush ,I started doing the exercises this year unfortunately due to some problems but the result when doing the exercises is eyestrain or pain .Especially with the swing and the sway. With centralization I shift slowly from on small part to the other of an object( not looking more than 1-2 sec) but again.. eyestrain I try to count pictures, trees or cars as I walk along the street but it does not help. I will explain you how I do it. I look for ex. to different parts of the car before going to the next one.Or sometimes I look to a small part of it and then I move to the next car seeing a small part of it again. I also move the head. the result is eyestrain. The more quickly I move my eyes to different parts of an object the greater the eyestrain. • Should I do the sway or the swing with each eye separately? I have watched a video of yours and you do it with both eyes. Should I try closer distances? • You had told me that it is good to read fine print. How can I do it? I try to read and I am staring.I feel eyestrain. How the blind girl found her sight? How could she do the exercises without vision? What can I be doing wrong that produces eyestrain while doing the exercises? I am not staring. I try to move the head as well when I do the exercises. What would you advise me from your experience? I feel so desparate again. I am not wearing glasses or contact lenses but my eyesight is still getting worse. I have a lot of stress. But what am I doing wrong?? I cannot understand… I remindyou I have Keratoconus in my right eye and astigmatism to the left. Thank you Iro |
