Avoid Eye Stretches!

For the zillionth time; another person has contacted me stating they have a type of eye injury, inflammation from doing those eye stretches advised by unnatural vision teachers posing as Bates Teachers.

DO NOT look to the right, left, up, down... with only the eyes, stretching them far in a certain direction while holding the head in the opposite direction or forward. This is causing people sprained eye muscles, astigmatism, inflamed eyes, dark eyelid veins and red soar sandy eyes.

This eye stretching is a method taught by the destructive Plus Lens method teachers, book authors and a few other teachers. It is not the Bates Method. Looking out of the sides of the face, stretching the eyes is very unnatural. Avoid it. Even some of the Yoga guys who advise this are wrong. Many people from India come to us looking for the true Bates Method. We are happy to help them.

Many people's eye health and vision are being injured by the plus lens method (also called anti-corrective, print pushing) and those unnatural eye stretches.

The true natural, healthy way to look in any direction is; To move the head with the eyes; eyes, head and body move together and face the object you want to see.

Never stretch the eyes in any direction.
