Try this;

Face near the sun, not all the way, just the bright sky near it.

Both eyes open, eyes shifting, blinking.

Then; turn away from the sun, close the eyes and palm.

Open and repeat.

This will exercise the eyes pupils, iris-pupil muscle and get the brain working with the retina, pupils for light, dark adjustment.

Then; try with one eye at a time.
Little extra with the eye that needs more improvement. Don't overdo it. If the light is too bright; go easy, little by little to build tolerance.

Light does not bother the eyes with the sight is clear, relaxed and diet is good.

Then; end with both eyes together.
