So i was in the office talking to one of the girls i know and we started up a conversation. I sat in an office chair that swivels so automatically i started listening to her and swiveled in the chair doing the bates method of swinging back and forth, at first it was too fast because my eyes were trying to get ahead of my head so i slowed it down took a little practice to get used too anywas it was weird no pressure on the joints or feet when sitting as opposed to standing give it a try and have some fun with it. Have a Wonderful July 4th Holiday and weekend All.
