Post your Natural Eyesight Improvement questions here, on one of the other threads, or create your own thread.

List your state 'level' of visual clarity, condition 'health' of the eyes and if you wear glasses, list your prescription.
I will reply with Video, Audio and some written information. The video will remain here and may be downloaded. The videos will also be preserved on a YouTube channel.

You are welcome to read, contemplate other members, teachers way of training. They may also post here.

Sabino, Andrewc and a few others I consider teachers. They have successfully improved their eyesight to normal 20/20 and better and improved the eyesight of their family and friends.
