Hello Mary and Gang, I notice when i squeeze my eyeballs hard for 3-5 seconds i have temporary clarity.
i used the brock string using very small beads and string sometimes when i am shifting i have a hard time lining up the beds sometimes i have to adjust my eyes so there is only one bead instead of doubles of the same color when switching. can i improve this?
Can u explain the secret switching and how to do it?

when one is reading fine print is it advisable to move the head and eyes in unison?
