Glasses; reduce them

Squeezed a -0.50 both eyes out of her. Not needing them much. Changed mail order to -0.25. This will be final reduction?
40-50 not wearing prescription. Still on way to 20-20. See it flash.

To ClarkN; Can you please minimize the 17 page pdf describing directions and warning? I need for showing a printout to a doctor. Just the part about reductions, 1 page? Coworker interested but hassle to read all of it. He has no eye surgeries, does not wear contact lenses.
