Sunglasses, shaded glass, colored windows not good for your eyesight, health

Mary,

I am testing this for the new man in our building that has the addiction to sunglasses. I will try to get him signed on after weekly meeting this afternoon.

It's working as predicted, no bugs.

At age 82 he's doing great with the Bates Method!

He should not use sunglasses or any tinted, colored, uv blocking... lenses or windows. Even plain glass blocks some of the sun's light rays. Get him outside in the sun. It will also improve his mood, health along with the vision.

Judy has lived across the street from me for 12 years. She sees clear without glasses after applying the Bates Method.

Pete's post;

Says he worked as employee in the film industry for 15 years. Dark room.
After he gained the freedom to use his eyes without prescriptions the intolerance to light at first, was intense.
Does not wear eyeglasses but has kept his sunglasses. A lighter brown tint which is less dark than his original shades is his new choice.
Watering eyes, irritation of pain when he goes into bright sunlight without them.

I will start him on full sun treatment.

Give him a printout of Bates book Perfect Sight Without Glasses; the end part with all the sunlight directions.
Show him the main page where he learns how to expose the eyes a little at a time to the bright sky.

(Partially blind man (car accident) came by today. Better and better. No more guide dog! Not really so blind anymore.
Goes running and fishing with the dog as companion now.

I haven't created a video yet due to the sun not being out much lately and windows 8.1 totally goofing up my camera to computer extension cord. Am setting up on windows 7. Hoping for sun when I am home soon. I will be in the main building downtown today visiting Ellie and surfing the net shopping. They have 7 computers now! Bring some guests that need eyesight improvement.

Is anyone familiar with cell phones? I want to buy one with excellent video. I see so many YouTube videos made with just cell and its very clear! If I knew what type to buy I can do videos in the Boston park and place here sooner. Guy up the street wants to sell a iPhone for $60.00. Says don't need to activate as a phone to use the video and connect to computers.

We are at Marys new warehouse in Worcester. Twelve Bates groupies packing and lifting in exchange for two days walk through schooling. Trip to Seeing Eye and Perkins Blind School this summer.
