Written by Dr. Bates, placed in his book Perfect Sight Without Glasses and May, 1920 Better Eyesight Magazine.

This was in tiny print. I refined it.

It is most clear in his book and possibly in a ORIGINAL copy of his magazines. All I have are the scans and LOC microfilm, PDF.
Still combining more for 100% best. Will upload NEW 2400+pages BEMS's in future.
Some sentences, words are a bit different, placed differently in the book, magazines.

Read fine and microscopic print for clear eyesight into oldest age!
I am 62 in March and can still see clear close and far no glasses. Driving no restriction.

Finally bought the ORIGINAL Better Eyesight Magazine in Microfilm and PDF from The Library of Congress, Washington DC. Paid ALOT! Ahhhhh! Cannot afford it, but...

Will be comparing all pages of the BEM PDF I Photo-Shopped in the past and replace all pages that are too light, worn with new from LOC, if they are better. Will also be Photo-shopping all old marks... on the LOC copy. Will also keep a copy of the non photo-shopped and place on the website free in PDF after I get the newest editions in paperback.

Microfilm will be preserved somewhere/with someone I can trust.

Passed eyesight test at Dept. Motor vehicles 2 days ago. Age 62 in March. Picture of Jan 2019 license, no restrictions. Eyesight clear close and far;

   

Eyes look stressed, scared. I was! Am! Neck, back injuries reactivated moving, worried would fall during application. Ahhh. Its done!

I been reading Dr. Bates' and Mr. John Giovanni Gatti's (Rishi from Italy) fine and microscopic print in Dr. Bates' original Better Eyesight Magazine for many years. It has kept my close vision clear at all distances including up to 20, 10, 6, 3, and 1/4th inch from the eyes!
Also do open eyes sunning and shifting, central-fixation, memory and other TRUE Bates Method practices.

My teachers taught me this; negative emotion, stress 'mental strain' can impair vision.

Went to the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary to check my eyes - full exam. Eyes ok/healthy. Will move to new place in future due to low planes near airport and fumes laundry mat and other things in air makes eyes uncomfortable sometimes. Doc says my eyes feel uncomfortable sometimes due to dry eye from allergy. Also; My injury to skin in 2017 still has effects sometimes. And; body chemistry, hormone... changes in middle, old age affects the skin, including around eyes, eyelids. But this balances out over the months, years.
I went though something similar in 2016 in Worcester, MA. It ended up being mold and chemicals in the air. I moved. My aunt said it took about a year to get used to the pine pollen near the beach at Cape Cod. I will wait a while here in Revere. Most days am very good. Some neighbors vaping e-cigarettes, drugs moved out. Can feel the difference - air is better!

I am against the use of eye drops but my sinus was causing uncomfortable feeling in face, eyes (from air pollution) so I wanted to be sure my eyes are healthy. Nice young lady Ophthalmologist. Thank you!; She looked in both eyes, said are ok. She said only need check the right eye (which had sinus pressure... feeling) using eye pupil enlarging drops. (note in picture; one pupil is larger than other due to eye drop to enable full eye inspection;

Nice doctors; No pressure to sell me eyeglasses, eye cornea surgery. I felt comfortable there.

Finally found antique dealers who bought, sold me Dr. Bates' Better Eyesight Magazine in Bound Volumes! 2 years in each.

Will scan and upload when get a new scanner for PERFECT replica. Working on all 132 issues - 11 years.

No more relying on the LOC to sell me high priced PDF scanned images and Microfilm. Microfilm is nice, but their PDFs; I could never get the person converting the microfilm to pdf to do it clearly. Was very blurry and they wanted a lot of money for it. Seemed like they were trying to discourage me from doing the project. The microfilm; I do not know how to convert it myself.
Now we got the original magazines in bound hardcover volumes STRAIGHT from Dr. Bates! I bet Emily helped him preserve them. Was given or sold to a doctor who preserved them.

I still have not forgotten to scan Emily's original Stories book as I promised to send to people when its done. I just been having a hard time for about 5 years with injuries, family things and moving, almost homeless a few times.

Hope to get a warehouse in 1-2 years and devote to Dr. Bates' work; get it all preserved. Everything I can find goes out to the public. Free as I can do with pictures, scans and in my will to someone who will appreciate their work, and preserve to next generations.

Got help from 2 website developers to make the websites more professional and some extra security.

Thanks to the senior citizen man that called in about a month ago with the suggestions! I found out it is a free service from my Host.

Whole site will be redone, simplified someday.

Finally getting work done on websites; aligning the text, pictures, working on combining some pages, making it more condensed, easy to navigate.

Took years before this work could be done. Spent most time making videos and books. Paper, film... lasts longer than the internet. Internet can be destroyed and if none has backup or wants to restore (after my death); its lost. But movies and paper books, charts... last, someone will always be selling them, and reproducing when public domain is in effect.

Thanks again to the man that called in for eyesight help and suggested to get the hew format that is more secure, modern. At first; the whole website was lost. Took 3 weeks to fix it, found a tech who figured it out. Resulted in a lot of work, upgrades to HTML.., but turned out to be a benefit.

Tired of phony Vision Improvement teachers that sell/teach unnatural, harmful products and practices such as; magic eyes pictures/artificial 3-D, pinhole glasses, use of contact lenses, lasik, eye stretches/rotations, the cataract, floaters, astigmatism... causing plus lens/anti-corrective method, colored eye googles, blocking the central field with a dark paper, and other things that cause impaired vision, dizziness, double vision, strabismus (crossed/wandering eyes), impaired function of the brain with the eyes/eye muscles, dry eyes, a scratched/uneven cornea and other eye, vision, brain, body problems. These teachers, authors pay for fake product, book reviews.

Our building has 4 people smoking and vaping e-cigarettes and drugs. And fumes from low flying large planes, laundry mat. A nice person on the internet linked me to a Podcast - long audio free training by Thomas Quackenbush - Natural Vision teacher. We might all have this but the date looks like is 2015. Maybe is newer.
BUT; the website someone linked the video on I am not familiar with, and some eye doctors I do no recommend. So; I will try to get the audio from twitter of other better website direct from the teacher if possible.
