Reading Diamond Print Works!!

Hi Mary:

Just to let you know, I tried reading the diamond print outside in the sun yesterday. It didn’t look promising, but after a minute or two, I was able to kind of stumble through it. When I was done, and looked back at what I'd read, it was much clearer, and I could have read it much easier had I chosen to read it again!!

Today I went outside and read the diamond print much easier than yesterday, almost right off the bat. I also closed my good eye and read with my weaker eye and vice versa. I never thought it would work as I have problems with regular size print in a book.

I can read the title of the article with the microscopic print, but nothing else. I am hopeful that with practice that will be next. Hopefully, I will keep practicing everyday until I am healed.
