Thanks to Students; YOU helped me!

Many Natural Vision students become teachers.

This past week I inured my neck, again! Heavy lifting 5 gallon water bottles. Caused a shaking right hand, all muscles on entire body pulling, shaking, weak, won't move. Awful! Of course I freak put, worry for days. Was afraid I won't be able to teach, write this month or ever.

In the past 3 days 7 very positive minded people have talked with me on videos by Skype, Google, learning Natural Vision Improvement.

This really helped. It got my mind 'off myself'. You guys were so patient, understanding. I'm actually feeling better! You helped me get over the fear. I focused on you, your needs and forgot to worry.

Reading a lot in Olive L. Brown's book 'Your Innate Power' in past month and she often refers to; getting outside of, away from yourself and into the world, with others is a main cure for many conditions.
Sitting home and worrying that my arm will never heal, what-ifing the worst does not help. Forgetting about 'me' does.

A natural vision teacher says; Stop telling your students to move their eyes when describing shifting...
When you forget about your eyes and just bring your mind out into the world and enjoy your vision; that's when it becomes clear.
Just look here, then there, then to here... Blink, relax. What do you like about the thing you are observing? What is the edge of that awning made of? Type wood, design...

Computers are also available in the Worcester building downtown by the newspaper office, in the lobby. You have to be guest so manager knows you. Ask for tenant to come with you when using the computers.

Thanks again to 2 more people that called by phone and google! Intelligent people, helped me learn more about muscles, physical therapy and their experiences with natural eyesight practice and so much more. I love learning new things from people all over the world.

Trying to find a better word than students; I don't like that title because it sounds like the person learning this method is at a beginner... level. I learn things from all the people that contact me. Maybe the title; trainee is better? Bates practitioner? Any suggestions?

Another senior citizen in Worcester, Massachusetts is now free of eyeglasses.
She does not use computer and likes her privacy so will not be on here. Said I may tell her story;

I did not train her; she did it herself.

Met her at the bustop. Age 82. We started talking, she asked what I do, I told her my hobby is the Bates Method and described it.

She said about a year ago she was told by the eye doctor she had cataract and presbyopia. He gave her glasses. She did not like how they felt, caused headache and a stinging in eyelids so she stopped using them.

Her eye doctor was nice (also a senior citizen), said she does not have to wear the glasses. Told her to eat spinach and lutein. She bought lutein from one of those vitamin catalogs. Might not have been the best organic type but she says it and the spinach worked. That's all she did; avoid glasses and take lutein.

Now she studies the Bates Method; just shifting and reads fine print to keep out of glasses.

Many people instinctively know how to cure themselves. The eye, brain return to normal function when the glasses are removed. If this is slow; Some Bates Method practice will speed recovery. 'Help the brain remember how to function to return the eyes, vision to normal'. "Oh yeah! I remember that! Now leave me alone so I can function completely natural, on my own".

A new person I am helping learn more about the Bates Method helped me learn who is the the man that went blind from seeing his brother drown when he was a fid; Its was Ray Charles.

A news shows also did a story on a lady that had blurry vision for years. One day she was standing in the kitchen working and suddenly remembered a very unhappy incident from the past. She started crying and could not stop for about 20 minutes. Then it felt like this wave or ball... of the negative emotion moved away form her, lifted out. Suddenly her vision became clear.

Emotions, stress has a major impact on the mind-brain and eyesight.
