Pinholes cause many side effects, are unnatural. Another reviewer on Amazon recently verified the headache... problem; http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Eyes-VISION-TRAINING/product-reviews/B005P0DIDQ/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?showViewpoints=1 The pinhole glasses seller deleted his product about a month ago in order to get rid of all the 1 star reviews by people warning about the side effects. Then he reposts the product with all reviews removed.
