Note; do you develop a sore big toe, foot after eating soy for a while? Digestion issues, a weak woozy tired feeling that tomes out of nowhere and also occurs after eating anything if you have been on a soy diet within past week? Do you notice the sun looks fuzzy, a big halo around it after eating soy for -2... days? All these are caused by soy. So blocks absorption of iron and other nutrients. It goofs up the digestion. It can cause hormone imbalance, fibroids and other growths in women and men. Soy can also lower the vision, tolerance to sunlight, eyes health. Some people say its only GOM soy. I see the Orientals eating it for years. They seem to add iodine, seaweed or seafood. They do not eat GMO or other altered soy. They ferment it. Their body chemistry may be different, can handle soy due to generations of eating it, or its the way they make, eat it. I still experience problems from all types soy. Symptoms go away after 2-3 weeks without soy. Less symptoms if I eat seaweed (Organic, sulfite free) when on soy.
