Sorry I am late in responding.

I can definitely understand about emotions causing neck tension. I get it when I get upset at work; mean people sometimes.

I also use Apple Cider vinegar; Make your own and drink it and put on the skin, neck; it eats away at old crusty junk in your capillaries and then the joints. Then blood gets in and the joints heal. Stiffness heals.
(Don't drink too much at once or you will be stuck in the bath for about 2 hours.) A family I know cured their dog of arthritis with it. Took 2 months. Dog used to drag it's hind legs. Now walks normal.



There are a few ladies on YouTube teaching how to make it.

When a object is blurry; you can continue to shift on it to any parts you like. As long as you avoid trying hard to see. Don't fight the blur. Blink and move from part to part. Just move upon the blur. You can look away, then back if you like or to something else. Often when you look back to a previously blurred object 'in a spontaneous way' as when just passing by it later during the day; it is clear because you were not thinking about seeing it; no effort to see = clear!

If you are interested in something you are looking at; the mind is engaged in it; the eyes, 'vision' moves on the object without even trying because the mind's interest brings the visual attention to the parts it is interested in.

Same with reading fine print; shift on it. Close the eyes, relax, think something pleasant. When you feel relaxed; open, see some clarity. Repeat. When the print flashes clear; the brain can understand it and then the brain moves the eyes (your vision) upon the sentences automatically; your reading! And its producing mental pictures of what you are reading. This brings more eye movement. If the subject is interesting; the mind is happy, relaxation and memory, imagination improve; the sight remains clear.

I like to do a mini sway in various directions as I read the eyechart. Everything gets loosened up. I shift around the chart, sweep over it left and right, up, down. Do that on any object.

Lately I prefer phone and on here instead of Skype. Been thinking of finding some kind of large screen landline phone video.
